A message to our customers and communities regarding COVID-19

At Ranfurlie Asset Management, the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, retailers, suppliers, trades and communities is our number one priority, as we monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities.

Our management team is meeting regularly and continues to act on the advice of the Victorian Government and the World Health Organisation in following their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus.

We are working continually to safeguard successful business continuity with a focus on our company values of Honesty and Integrity, Passion, Caring, Vision and Quality.

Our shopping centres, in accordance with the Victorian Government directive (effective midnight on the 21st October, 2021) and subsequent restrictions, will continue to serve their local communities.

Shops that are allowed to remain open for customers during the current restrictions are as follows (please visit individual shopping centre websites for varied trading hour confirmation);

  • • Supermarkets (Coles, Woolworths and Aldi)
  • • Grocery/fresh food stores
  • • Coffee shops/restaurants/food outlets that comply with Government Covid Safety protocol - for takeaway and dine in (with seating limits).
  • • Medical services
  • • Hairdressers and beauty services
  • • Pharmacies
  • • Banks
  • • Newsagents
  • • Laundromats

Kmart at Manor Lakes Central and Tarneit Central will continue to offer ‘no contact’ click and collect only (please visit kmart.com.au for further details).

Indoor children’s play areas and food court seating remain closed and our stringent cleaning policies remain in effect throughout all our centres and workplaces.

To protect yourself and those around you, we ask every member of our community to adopt safe physical distancing measures while visiting our centres. This includes

avoiding crowded areas and maintaining adequate space of at least two metres between yourself and others when queuing or moving through the centre.

It is also a requirement that any person shopping or visiting our centres must wear a face mask (unless exempt or under the age of 12) in line with the current Government requirements.

We are closely monitoring public health updates and are prepared to act quickly should advice change. It goes without saying that our community’s health and wellbeing comes first.

Should anyone have concerns or questions they should seek advice by calling the Coronavirus Hotline, open 24 Hours a day on 1800 675 398.

As per Government guidelines, anyone displaying symptoms should get tested immediately.

Thank you for your co-operation

We thank you for your ongoing support in these unprecedented times.
